Proexport is the Colombian trade bureau in charge of promoting Colombian non-traditional exports. The slogan "Opening Doors, Closing Deals" reflects the vision of the bureau. San Marcos works hand in hand with PROEXPORT since the year 2001, when we became part of the sponsored program “EXPOPYME” lead by the institution.

One of Proexport’s biggest and latest contributions to help Colombian companies to succeed in the international arena has become the campaign "COLOMBIA IS PASSION" which is a country image campaign intended to show the good side of Colombia to those who only know about its negative aspects. Colombia is Passion because passion is the driving force that guides what we as Colombians do day by day; what we, at San Marcos, deliver to the entire world reflected in our distinctive products.
